Are you kidding me ?? No.., it’s a NO !! I am in OHIO and I needed flowers sent to my daughter (from her father ) she is a teacher in New York , the owner promised me a beautiful bouquet , not even close , so I suppose in NY , 69.00 of flowers are what I would pay 4.99 at the discounted section of a grocery ! 4 wilted roses ,pale pink wilted , wilted white something cheap added and they forgot the message card , no card that I wrote message on , no ribbon , cheap vase , and they ruined the surprise because they lied and said that they sent already, they did not , SO by me calling and telling my daughter to expect a visitor at her security door apartment later that evening, due to not delivering at her job ( school ) , and called like 5 times that day just to get them at least deliver on Valentine’s Day evening to her apartment at least !! Never again !! Sorry truth , and very bad customer service on phone ! Very dissatisfied , I work at a hotel a big hotel , and NO matter what , I always treat guest’s the way I would want to be treated ,, kind !!
